Shalom Ladies, welcome back. Tonight we are looking into the Origins of a Holiday that claims to be filled with love but like Christmas, Easter, and Thanksgiving Valentines Day is rooted in paganism.

Celebrated on February 15, Lupercalia (known as the festival of sexual license), was held by the ancient Romans in honor of Lupercus, God of Fertility. The Ancient Pagan Lupercalia Festival is known and celebrated in our day as Valentines Day.
