Bhyy-Overcoming Disabilities Ft. Sister Batshuyah

Started in 1975, there are now 2 billion Hebrew children in Special Ed because of a “Learning Disability”. For every Hebrew boy who cannot read by the end of 4th grade, there’s a bed added to the prison cell on his behalf. So, if 33% of Hebrew boys cannot read at the end of 4th grade according to national standards, this means that in the next decade, prisons will receive 66% more beds.

Why? How does a school determine a disability?
