Iris hosts a lively discussion with author, father and manager of several Fortune 500 companies, Lance D. Shaw. Lance was given physical custody of his two young children. He used a combination of leadership values and skills, parenting responsibilities and faith and heart to raise his children. In this complex world we want to raise a generation of whole, loving, competent, caring and productive young people. As Paul Harvey says "And the rest of the story..." By age 30, each of Lance's grow children has worked on 3 continents outside North America. Kim earned a BS in International Relations (math Minor) and Lance an MS in Civil Engineering and MBA from Penn Wharton as a Leadership Fellow. Join Iris for this adventure in parenting!
