Neil Gow, Head of Records Management for UCB, joins Pharma IQ to discuss Regulatory Information Management. First, he explains how his role in records management overlaps with that of data management in regulatory departments. He goes on to reflect on his previous experience working on the regulatory side - offering his perspective on the biggest challenges for those departments right now. The interview then moves onto cover data solutions, how UCB is approaching this area, and indeed how the company goes about choosing vendors.
