Health Care Decision Part II

In part II of our special episode on the Supreme Court decision on the Affordable Care Act, we outline some of the main provisions of the plan, including the insurance exchanges and the Patient’s Bill of Rights.  We also outline the individual mandate provision and explain both sides of the argument around the mandate that lead to the Supreme Court case.

We also give our commentary on the state of health care in this country and why reform may have been necessary.
