About Jennifer Winn

Family Advocate Warrior

Advocate for the People:

A former candidate for governor wants Gov. Sam Brownback and the head of the Kansas Department for Children and Families investigated by a grand jury.

Jennifer Win "for Kansas", who ran against Brownback in the Republican primary in 2014 and garnered 37 percent of the vote, said she plans to collect enough signatures to convene a grand jury in Sedgwick County to investigate Brownback, DCF Secretary Phyllis Gilmore and family court judges.

Winn has evidence that the department has unlawfully removed children from homes without cause.  ?“I think what has happened is absolutely criminal.”

Everything was failing before because nobody was doing their job....

Jennifer Winn's Current Case with

Raymond and Amelia Schwab:

Social workers were caught lying to the court, and people were illegally signing documents for the Schwab children. There were numerous biases of the social workers, as well as conflicts of interests. Previous court-appointed attorneys failed to present evidence and file appropriate motions. The Schwabs believe that all that was business-as-usual for DCF, who is “so used to being unconstitutional” that they didn’t know how to act when they were challenged. This is consistent with the testimonies of hundreds of other parents who have contacted Health Impact News. It is almost as if those in the system are in their own little bubble and have forgotten all concept of right and wrong.

This blue haired lady Jennifer Winn is a strong willed firecracker who is stepping up for parents and chldren with their battles against Child Protective Services.

Come and joine us at 8pm est  We got a lot to talk about Friday evening
