'Police State Forming'/ OWS Update with Danny Panzella

Is the 'Police State' forming? There has been more news coming out of many different places... from Wall Street to Religious leaders who believe a state of control is forming on the land of freedom/liberty. The 'Police State' was purposively flexing it's muscles on the Wall Street Protestors in the last couple of days and now had caused a fire storm. What do you think?
