Did you learn some insights about yourself in the first 5 Weeks? What are your actions accountable and promotable? Now is the time to make sure you can keep up the changes you made to continue your progress.
In week 6, we are going to focus on lasting change and continued improvement. It means it is a chance to move from Dependence to Independence in living your healthier lifestyle. Do your daily actions Promote this improved lifestyle? Are you making improved choices? What’s your plan for lifelong learning and being educated? Review your definition of success; evaluate your efforts and re-adjust. Then finish the challenge with gusto. How do you make room in your life for these new habits? Continuity is the key.
It is not too late to join me for Week 6 of the I AM ECStatic Challenge. Regardless when you start, you can be Ecstatic before the 4th of July. Learn to define your personal success in multiple areas of your life. I will broadcast a lesson for 7 weeks to help you achieve your goals so you won’t miss anything.
