How many times do we think of just the physical aspect of wellness? We read articles on exercise, food and supplements and what ever. But I think it is important to broaden your view to include overall wellness. The truth is that we are living longer. For me, that means that I want to live stronger in every aspect of my life. Good health without a good life is not meaningful. Lets look at the 7 components of Wellness: Social, Spiritual, Physical, Occupational, Intellectual, Emotional, and Environmental. When you have balance in all of these areas, it means you can handle the transformations that occur over your lifetime with more vigor and grace. And the consistent success will astound you!
