Integration the Word of the Future

What is integration.  The defintion in the 1828 Websters online dictionary Says it is to renew, restore, or to make entire.  

As we are having more demands on us in this life we are seeing that balance is too stressful and detachment doesn't work anymore.  We are finding that we need to work together as teams whether in our family or business.  We are seeing that life alone is almost impossible.  

This is the best time to live.  We have resources and opportunities everywhere.  We have access to our greatest commodity, people.  How can we integrate and all get to our destinations as one?  What is your destination?
