I got this question from Leah, and I get asked this quesiton a lot. So today we will tackle what it feels like and how to combat others talking about us. Here's her question:
Nadia, accepting all the negative things people have to say about me, in the spirit of truth finding, only makes me feel bad and worth-less, how do we see through that? Meanwhile, when I do listen, I get told it showed I didn't have enough self-worth and I shouldn't listen to them, I should not let anyone talk to me that way.. I wonder how clean glasses it takes to finally see the truth?
