Allan is the co-author of the Amazon Top 100 bestseller, Bold Moves: Jump to Outstanding Self-Managed Action and the workbook, Empathy: Connecting with the Customer.

He holds a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology and is certified in the Positive Psychology Coaching Program taught by one of the founding fathers of Positive Psychology, Dr. Martin Seligman. Allan holds active memberships with the International Coach Federation and National Speakers Association.
