While going to college part time, Carol Sankar was beginning to feel undervalued and overworked in the workplace. She began to realize that her value was determined by others. In 2003 she formed her first company, New Edge, which served as a local legal outsourcing entity to assist law firms, insurance companies, and multi-service firms with various consulting services In 2005 she became interested in real estate. She invented systems to invest in the real estate market in Charlotte without money or credit. Today, she coaches and trains others on how to invest in real estate with the same strategies, through a series of webinars and real estate speaking engagements. She is also passionate about entrepreneurship and the value of ownership of your own life.
