Hillary Clinton incapacitates her own party; but might they nominate her anyway if they knew her health wouldn't last and a running mate like, say, Julian Castro a heartbeat away from the "Big Chair"?; The IRS canceled its contract with its email-storage firm right after Lois Lerner’s computer crash; Congress doesn’t have prosecutorial power, but it could act to remove those responsible, if those responsible would ever leave; But that just highlights the insoluable quandary: Federal agencies now exist not for the public good but for their employees’ benefit and Obama’s agenda.
