A weekly reading program that includes yoga and meditation. The yoga classes are held at Kanjin Yoga. The current selection The Art of Living by William Hart is the first part of a three part program that is designed to explore the depths of the power of meditation. And study real world experiences of people who have found the transformative aspects of the art of living in the modern world using the ancient techniques of meditation. At the local level we teach yoga as a compliment to the wellness of the mind, body and spirit.
