Anyone who has been a part of this movement along with the knowledge contained within has experienced, at one time or another, a certain amount of success with discharging of debt. From the reports coming from a wide array of different sources we find individuals who have manged to dischrge debt with many different techniques. Today I will review Article III of the U.C.C., The United Nations Conference on Bills of Exchange and Promissory Notes, as well as the Internal Revene Manual (IRC) used by the IRS in order to determine what can and cannot be done as it relates to setting off debt with the IRS and other PUBLIC entitites.
