Kimberly Gray shares her knowledge on Heart Math

Meet Kimberly Gray RN, LMT,NCTMB, CHTP/I as she joins host Dee Woolridge to educate us on the HeartMath system that scientifically monitors your emotional and physical health - and helps you improve it.

Kimberly is an RN, Massage Therapist, Certified Healing Touch Practitioner and Instructor and a Licensed HeartMath Trainer. The last ten years of her 25 year nursing career her focus, enthusiasm and passion for raising awareness about Healing Touch work and integrative/complementary modalities has inspired many to embrace their own magnificence and path as a facilitator of healing. Kimberly is currently responsible for the development, planning, implementing and maintenance of the Integrative Medicine Program at Tampa General Hospital in Tampa, Florida. Prior to this, she was the founder of the Healing Touch Program at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Tampa, Florida, where she developed, planned, implemented and facilitated the growth of a Healing Touch Program, to include a Volunteer Healing Touch Program. As part of her role at Tampa General Hospital, Kimberly currently offers Integrative Medicine presentation and workshops to employees and members of the community in the Tampa Bay area and beyond.
