Prognosticating that it's all based in propaganda is to say that the FBI is manufacturing evidence, that those who have plead guilty have just laid down to it... That the evidence has been collected with assist of intel gathering is how the agencies work. Intel says this is what we have found out, law enforcement seeks to confirm with the evidence. The prosecutor proceeds with warrants to collect the evidence & subpoenas to bring them into court in facing charges. That's how it works.
