Jewels for Relationships Part 1 with Harp

Helen's Jewels for Life is based on the chapters of her book, Jewels for my Granddaughters, a book of life lessons gathered from life experience and years as a psychotherapist. Helen also uses her harp music to accompany guided imagery that reinforces the understanding that you are loveable just because you are. One of the next areas Helen discusses with us is the sometimes difficult concept of Relationships. Relationships are precious but they take work. Some relationships prove to be toxic and should be dissolved. Problems are inevitable in relationships and each problem solved creates another building block in the foundation of a solid relationship.
