Our daughter, Donna Clemens of Highland, Il., will join us to tell us about Faithfully Fit, part of Christian Aerobics Resources, a fitness company she started several years ago.
She just finished her MS in psychology, teaches in the physical education department at Missouri Baptist University, and works full time with Faithfully Fit which has recently merged with Starbridge Ministries. She is married to Chris, a high school teacher, and has 3 children.
