Over the past several months I have commented on President Obama's use of the IRS to control and muzzle his political opponents through the unethical , if not illegal actions of the government to stifle free speech in elections. Surprisingly the President has frequently spoken on the record against use of legal political speech --especially in the citizen’s united case--even challenging supreme court justices who sat in front of him at the state of the union.
