Scientists say they might never know how many children were harmed when lead levels in the drinking water in Washington, D.C. spiked early this decade. Around the Water Cooler host Jonathan Hall talks about lead in drinking water with Dr. Bruce Lanphear, a Distinguished Scientist at the Child & Family Research Institute and Professor of Children's Environmental Health at Simon Fraser University, and Werner Troesken, Professor of History at the University of Pittsburgh and author of "The Great Lead Pipe Water Disaster."
