Our guest Vivian Gaspar has been the founder and owner/operator of several businesses over the last 25 years.  She has also been a public speaker on topics ranging from ID Theft to Mortgage facts for everyone.  As someone who has been working individually with over 300 families in financial crisis in the last two years (as a Public Relations Director & Mortgage Modification Specialist with V. James Castiglia’s legal office in New Jersey).

Ms. Gaspar assist individuals in the proper completion of mortgage modification application Ms. Gaspar also gave advice on a range of topics which she had collected from my past experiences, which ranged from owning a marketing company to being a recruiter to helping people decipher their current mortgages since she had been a mortgage loan officer for many years.
