Photobucket==============Retirement "ain't" what it used to be. Years ago the golden watch meant spending the rest of your years in a rocking chair on the front porch watching grass grow. That was then. Enter modern retirees who are healthy, energetic, and ready for their "Second Act." That perfectly describes today's radio guest, Maurice Lewis. The recently retired veteran television and radio broadcaster packed his bags and moved from snowy Massachusetts to the hills of Tennessee to start a new chapter in his life. He's now a biker and getting ready to start a new radio program in Chattanooga this Sunday August 15th on WPLZ 95.3 from 8 am - 10:30 pm EDT. I am thrilled to be one of his first guests on the show! Maurice's new show will discuss Generations, attracting an audience of those movers and shakers over 40 years old in the region. Get ready for today's action packed program with a world class guest who has successfully reinvented himself in a new region of the US. You won't want to miss today's show! ========= We'll also pay tribute to our Muslim listeners now observing Ramadan for the next 30 days.
