The intention of this podcast is twofold. The first is to share how I have embraced outdoor activity to improve both my mental and physical health after my wife passed away in January of 2023. The second purpose of this podcast is to share my passion for gardening design, construction and maintenance and all of the great places I find to ride my bike, kayak, saunter through the wood, xc ski, snowshoe and sail on Lake Michigan. The great thing about living in Wisconsin is that I have access to all of those outdoor activities for little to no cost. And the impact that has to improve and maintain both my mental and physical health is priceless. I invite you to come along on the journey......
