Whatever you are giving your attention to causes you to emit a vibration. To achieve your goals, you must imagine having it, pretend that it is already your experience and flow your thoughts toward the enjoyment of the experience.
If you are giving your attention to the lack, or absence, of your goals, you will block the energy that can make obtaining the goals possible. You get what you think about. If you spend much time thinking about what you do not want, your life experience will reflect those things. Nothing occurs in your life exeperience without your invitation of it through your thoughts. There is absolutely nothing that you desire that you cannot achieve; the attention that you give it is the invitation into your life. One who is a visionary thrives at all times. Your thoughts equal your point of attraction and the way that you fell indicates your level of allowing the occurence of your desire.
Something that you have been wanting for a long time and you are imagining that it is happening then your emotion will be one of anticipation and eagerness. Reaching for the way you would like to feel is an easier way to hold your thoughts in alignment with that produces your desire.
With enough attention to anything, the essence of what you have been giving thought to will eventually become a physical manifestation.
If your thoughts are not taking you in the direction that you desire to go, then do something about that: Replenish your connection to forward movement by choosing better-feeling thoughts. Choose thoughts that feel good to you when you think them.
