Makeup Artist Carol Stover: Womens Expo In Baltimore

Looking for the perfect spring makeup colors to wear? Join TV Host,Victoria Gaither and professional makeup artist, Carol Stover, as the two discuss this season's trends. Carol has worked on TV shows and helped everyday women look their best. Every year, the Women's Expo hosts a few dozen women from the Ms. Wheelchair Maryland pageant, and invites them to participate in a day of pampering and beauty at the Expo. For the past 3 years, I have donated time and services during the first day of the Expo to these ladies with mini-facials and mini color makeovers, to give them a chance to see how beautiful they truly are on the outside as well as on the inside. The ladies also receive hairstyling, manicures, and other treats for this special Expo event, which is always a big hit. After their pampering, they wheel in to the main gym for recognition by the governor's wife and the Expo staff.
