Many times we are insanely busy in our lives taking care of others, upholding social obligations, and going to work that we don't take care of ourselves. In this show we talk about creating a personal self care plan. We will give you ideas on finding things that re-energize you as well as how to transition to a new beginning. When you make a plan for taking care of you things start to come together and feel right. You are enthusiastic about your work and are motivated to succeed.
