Forward thinkers are collaborative leaders in business not always for profit. They realize the benefits of working together. They are visionaries who have an art for implementing results. They're success comes from realizing small changes in the progression of a process. But in todays world, on opposite side of the spectrum we have a lot of people who are forward talkers! People who talk a good game but never follow thru. People who have all the answers and many, many, new ideas everytime you talk with them. I call them your forward talkers.
