In this episode Gina shares experience of something that triggered her in parenting for a long time. She tried counseling, mindfulness, gratitude journals, regular exercise- you name it. However, it wasn't until months later that she connected the two. The event that was triggering her in parenting was a core belief. One she had had since childhood. It was after recognizing how deep this belief was and taking the time to work through it that the trigger seemed almost disappear. This episode is about self discovery.
