Learn how to relax to the point of stillness inside that brings a connection to the infinite. Quietly letting go into a deeper sense of your expansive self. Learn how to effortlessly allow that stillness to permeate any time, any where. Conditioning what has been called the relaxation response or what I prefer to call the remembrance of stillness. A retired Biofeedback therapist who began work in the early 80's teaching people to relax and control various autonomic functions like skin temperature, muscle tension and circulation changes all through very sensitive monitoring equipment that also provided feedback on how well you were doing.
