Join Us Tonight at 7pm est. Tonights discussion is about Joint Health while exercising. Making sure the joints are being properly nutrified will help maintain strong healthy joints. Also the importance of drinking plenty of water plays a big part in how our joints recover from the rigors of strenous exercise. Good sitting and sleeping posture can also affect the stress level of our joints. We will give some tips on good joint health and how to maintain it
