What People Want, What People Need

What do people want with their lives?  What do people really need?  We all know that we don't always want what is best for us.  We know we should eat right but Oreos are better than broccoli.  We all know we should exercise, but we are often tired and not able to find the energy to do it.  We also may be in a place that we think our life can be filled with prosperity, success, and possesions.   This however, will bring the same results as the Oreo and the nap - the unintended consequenses.  What we want is to be happy, but true Joy only comes from understanding holiness and righteousness in Jesus Christ.  He is the only answer.  Amen.
