This week's episode focuses on how mentors have helped me throughout the years from my days in seminary and throughout my career as an ordained Minister.  I feel my mentors in ministry helped me navigate the ups and downs of parish ministry and has been valuable as I entered the world of business.  I will also discuss a three year program I completed for new Pastors, which also helped me thrive in ministry.

One of my passions is creating a mentorship program for entrepreneurs.  I will discuss how a program like this can help entrepreuners learn the tricks of the trade so they may be able to master any situation they encounter in their business.

Mentors taught me that my formal education wasn't intended to give me the answers, but that it would give me the skills to find the answers for myself; That the time to quit is when it isn't fun anymore; That my work is serious, but I shouldn't take myself too seriously.

What I learned from Mentors is that it doesn't matter where you come from as much as where you are headed.

Something to think about: The printing press was invented when over 90% of the population of Europe was unable to read or write.
