Alabama Supreme Court does the right thing

The Alabama Supreme Court does say no to 5 lawyers.

The Alabama Supreme Court say the 5 Lawyers have no consttutional right to even say that same-sex marriage is even legal, for the is no law or cite to go on and there is no bases for the 5 lawyer decidtion at all.

The Alabama ruling was based on Wisconsin's Dred Scott v. Sandford, 60 U.S. 393 1857 whereby in a nutshell said the United States Supreme Court had it wrong and then Wisconsin did go against the decidtion of the United States Supreme Court. this means in a nutshell the same-sex marriage is illegal in the State of Alabama; therefore is also illegal across the United States of America as well. Even in the State of Wisconsin.
