Charles-Louis de Secondat, Baron de La Brède et de Montesquieu, generally referred to as simply Montesquieu, was a French lawyer, man of letters, and political philosopher who lived during the Age of Enlightenment), Montesquieu was born in La Brede, France in 1689 and died in Paris, France 1755,  (David Hume was a Scottish philosopher, historian, economist, and essayist, who is best known today for his highly influential system of radical philosophical empiricism, skepticism, and naturalism.), David Hume was born in Edinburgh, Scotland 1711 and died August 1776. We would also say that it was Montesquieu that is the real founder of freedom and liberty.
