Time to celebrate! U.S. Treasury Department admits: IRS is falling apart!

Coverage of the IRS in the media usually portrays it as an aggressive, efficient enforcer of income tax laws that supposedly apply to every American. However, a recent report published by the U.S. Department of the Treasury lists many serious problems with the internal structure and operations of the Internal Revenue Service including systemwide failures.
