Bryce Biel is the head baseball strength coach at Marmion Academy in St. Charles, Illinois.  He learned many of his training philosophies at IMG academy in Bradenton, Florida and now runs his Legacy Sports Performance academy in Illinois.  Bryce will speak about how and when you should incorporate specific training with athletes including plyometric exercises.
