Texas Paris Junior College Baseball Coach Clay Cox

Coach Cox is currently the head coach at Paris Junior College in Texas. Coach Cox came to Paris Junior College from the University of West Alabama where, in 2015, he helped lead the tigers to a 42-11 record.  With Coach Cox's experience he knows what it takes to be successful on the field and one of the most important aspects is getting the proper players that fit into his program.  Coach Cox will discuss what he looks for in players and the intangibles that sometimes goes unnoticed to the averge person but is vital to coaches.  He will discuss how showcase videos are important in the recruiting process and how social media has a major impact on this process.
