This show is about eating whole and organic foods for weight loss while on negative caloric balance. We will go through processed foods and the bad effects vs non processed and organic. The brain needing complex carbs, proteins and unsaturated fats. Metabolism. Glucose levels. Things to avoid eating like white flour, white rice, refined sugars, ect while eating everything in moderation. Moderation is the key word here. Do this along with your workouts and your rest days.
