We’re coming to you on tonight’s Frat House Sports Show with less than 72 hours to kick-off and the first of three pre-game programs leading up to Super Bowl 50!

Since we’re talking about a game in the future, we thought it appropriate to delve into the future of the NFL. Much has been made about what the game will look like in the next 50 years but no one has discussed WHO will be playing the game. As we continue to get reports about increased concussion rates and new cases of CTE in former players, we’ve expressed our concerns numerous times here about the real future of professional football. Steve Alic of USA Football and NFL Flag joins us to talk about youth football initiatives and the future of the NFL.

Both the NFL and NHL held their All-Star games this past Sunday, and the NHL’s is getting high grades. Our resident NHL analyst Matt DiBiase jumps in with his thoughts on the 3-on-3 format; his proposal for a KHL vs. NHL format; and, the John Scott controversy. Plus Dennis Wideman just got hit with a 20–game suspension which some think might get reduced to 10, while others believe it should have been a life-time ban.

THIS is the way to start of your Super Bowl weekend, so make sure you’re listening LIVE at 7 p.m. ET . . . and, calling-in your thoughts: 347 – 826 – 9964.
