A lot of the conversation about women in the workplace revolves around how women can fit into environments that have traditionally been fashioned by men.  My talk will focus on how what we have tried to do is think about how a working mother would want to structure a business - with the flexibility to spend time with your kids but also respond to client demands in a timely fashion.  A sick kid or a soccer game is just as important as a client meeting and we schedule and prioritize accordingly. That is what we have created: a business and a workplace that reflects our values.
