This is part ONE of a special two-part series on bully. The second part can be heard here
It seems that right down the middle, it's either happened to us, or we've done it to someone. Bullying. It existed twenty, even thirty years ago, and despite our progress as a species, a race of people, a society, it still endures and abides in our schools, and even our work places. Adult bullying and terrorizing in the workplace is almost as common as it is very present in an elementary and high schools.

So the question now becomes this: Have you been a victim of bullying? Or even moreover, Have you bullied while in school? We are not here to penalize a bully for past actions, but rather we want to discuss and dissect why a bully chooses the role of antagonizer. Is it fear? Is it a bad childhood, with unattentive parents? Is it about power? We will explore all those things, and more.

We will also discuss and explore how kids, and adults, that are bullied can take action against it, and affect change. If you've ever been party of bullying, in any regard, we really encourage you to call and share your stories, on either side of the line in the sand.
