Join us for this first show in what will become a monthly feature, The Principals Round Table. With K-12 schools under considerable scrutiny, when a school doesn't perform well the first thing they change is the principal. Given that new principal tenure in a high school is a mere 3.5 years, it's obvious that little is going to change.
