Therefore, everyone WANTs to forgive. It's a matter of allowing yourself to forgive and choosing an effective approach to forgive.
The key to truly forgive is to release the emotion in the body and to create a higher thought, for the Emotion (Energy + Motion) must flow, and the suffering that is created by the judging (thought) can't be healed by another judging (the same level of thinking), it must be seen from a higher perspective that lifts you high enough to see the purpose, the learning opportunity, and the value of the experience.
