Deu 29:12  That you should enter into covenant with the LORD thy YAH, and into His OATH, which the LORD thy YAH makes with you this day:  Deu 29:13  That He may establish you to day for a people unto Himself, and that He may be unto you a God, as He has said unto you, and as He has sworn unto your fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob.
Deu 29:14  Neither with you only do I make this covenant and this OATH;   Deu 29:15  But with him that stands here with US this day before the LORD our God, and also with him that is NOT here with US this day:

Each and EVERY ONE, ALL who call upon the HOLY NAME must realize ABSOLUTELY as a PEOPLE what is OUR MUTUAL OBLIGATION as an OATH unto the PURE PERFECT WILl of YAH that is EVERLASTING COVENANT!
