As an aide to a State Treasurer, a Governor, a U.S. Senator who later became a Secretary of the Treasury and a Mayor of one of the top two cities in America, I have seen a lot in politics. The language in the SC Constitution states that the state only owes each student a "minimally adequate" education. Sandy interviews Senator John Matthews about his drive to get the language in the constitution changed by November 2010.
