Religious Symbols on government property during Christmas

Today we will be talking about a nativity scene being displayed on government propery in Athens Texas at the Henderson Country Courthouse.  Its created a controvery with secular organizations such as the Freedom from Religion Foundation. Lawsuits have been filed to get the nativity scene removed from government property while the Henderson County judges have refused to.  Meanwhile petitions have been made to Henderson Country fo other Christmas decorations from other religions and atheists organizations to be displayed on the courhouse lawn and they have not been allowed. We will have a spokesperson from the Freedom of Religion Foundation on our show discussing the issue with conservative guests who want the nativity scene to stay.
