What is the Black Agenda?

Is their a real Black Agenda, or is this only a platform being used to enrich so-called self appointed Black leaders? For many year's I have said that, until all are free none are free. It appears that promoting the destruction of people in general, has been made into a money making scheme, having said that, it appears that everyone is at risk.
