It is that time of year again. Time for holiday festivities and celebrations.
For some it's hard enough to get through a typical day. And now with the stress of the holidays, it brings about a lot of different emotions in some people.
I look forward to the holidays now, but that wasn't always the case. There were times when I dreaded the holidays. Sadness or depression at holiday time can be a reaction to the stresses and demands of the season.
Because of this I want to share some of the things I learned that helped me to deal with the holidays , and remember the real meaning of the season.
